Service. PoolSonar delivers county building-permit intelligence (weekly digests and alerts) for the counties named in your order form.
Term. 12 months, billed monthly via Stripe. County-exclusive plans reserve the named counties to one customer; exclusivity ends and counties release to the waitlist upon lapse or non-payment.
Guarantee. If fewer than 30 pool permits are surfaced across your counties in your first 90 days, you may terminate the agreement and keep all delivered lists. Rural-county thresholds are calibrated in writing before signature.
Data. Permit data originates from public records and is provided as-is. It is licensed for your internal business use, not for resale or redistribution.
